How do I contact customer service?

• If you have a wholesale inquiry or need help with your order, please send us an email at info@berevibes.com.

Do you ship internationally?

• We're currently only shipping to USA and Canada. We are working on reaching the diaspora far and wide. 

When will my order arrive? 

• If you live in the USA, your order should arrive 3-5 business days barring any external delays. With your order you will receive a USPS tracking number and an estimated delivery date once shipped.
• If you live in Jamaica, we will email pick up location instructions.

Will there be expansion packs?

• Yes, we can't wait for you to see what we cooking up! 

Do I have to be Jamaican to play?

• Absolutely not! Our culture is loved and embraced by people worldwide, anyone who wants to learn more about our culture can grab a pack and play. 

How many people are needed to play?

• The more the betta. Bere Vibes, is ideally played with 2-6 people (but, don't turn back nuhbody).
